The Kitchen Terminal operates commissary kitchens in California. This policy describes what information this website collects and how it is used.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (an application, a contact message, or an event request), we receive the information you typed: your name, contact details, and what you told us about your business or event. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and are used only to respond to you.

Analytics and advertising measurement, only with your consent

A Google measurement tag for our advertising runs in cookieless mode by default. If you accept the cookie notice, it may set cookies to measure how our ads perform, and we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. If you decline, no cookies are set for either, and your choice is remembered in your browser.

Embedded content

Walkthrough videos are hosted on YouTube and load only when you choose to play one. Location maps are provided by Google and load as that part of the page comes into view. When either loads, the provider may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

Preferences stored in your browser

Your cookie choice and any accessibility display preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, run advertising trackers, or share your details with third parties beyond the processing described above.
