Founded in 2013, we pioneered the Shared Kitchen Complex program in Los Angeles and have since expanded to serve Ventura and San Luis Obispo counties as well. We understand the challenges small food entrepreneurs face when starting a business, which is why we offer a range of services to help them succeed: health department assistance, marketing support, food safety classes, and production efficiency guidance.
Our facilities are fully equipped with multiple kitchens, small wares, and rental options for walk-in coolers, freezers, and dry storage. Our Ventura and San Luis Obispo county locations offer even more, including event space rental, full-service food truck parking, and USDA and wholesale certified kitchens.
